Delete My Account

For your security, Arcade Mart account deletions are done in the mobile app only. This ensures we can verify the request and remove your data immediately.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Arcade Mart app and sign in
2. Go to My Profile → Settings
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm

Your profile and personal data will be removed right away. You will be signed out automatically.

Can’t access the app?

Email us from your registered email address and we’ll help: support@arcademart.com.

What gets removed

• Profile details (name, email, phone)
• Addresses and saved payment tokens
• App identifiers used for personalization

What we may retain

We may retain non-identifying records required for fraud prevention, financial reporting, or legal compliance (e.g., order totals and receipts). These do not include your personal details.
